Again, the 'him' Nuro doesn't trust anymore is presented as the version of herself that is wearing more formal and more masculine attire, and we learned in Reception and Pomegranate that Hachiya likes dress codes as a metaphor for hiding your true self, so retroactively it makes sense that we never got to see the woman that Nuro and Steel were supposedly fighting over, she was hidden in plain sight.
My point is, there are pieces of information pointing to the idea that Nuro is the elusive figure hidden throughout the trilogy, for instance, the lyrics of Neurosis always talk about two people, such as "Smashed into pieces, the finale of the two tumbled down" (). That would explain why the Nuro hidden by the basket wears masc clothing while the Nuro we see exposed throughout the video wears a wide-brimmed hat, the very same hat which would go on to be used in Purple Hype for a specific mannequin wearing femme accessories seen at of that MV.Now, Purple Hype features lots of mannequins, but this one stands out because the manequinn immediately loses its head once Steel starts seeing everything through the literal and metaphorical kaleidoscope that is drugs. And who is the one person we've previously seen that Steel wants to hit in the head so darn badly that he even had a dream mid-coma where he imagined himself doing exactly that? Nuro.

Its perfectly matched... and even the AMV matched with the lyrics so beautifully like at saying "I want to be next to you, hiding a little feeling" while showing the cutest Sui with heart on him.
