In my interpretation, the “rain” and dew are tears obviously, the tears came from the person’s friends, family and significant others mourning to that person.
for some reason, this part reminds me of the dancing people in Dance of the Corpses, which I think is ironic, considering they both deal with themes of the afterlife, although Dance of the Corpses was defiantly less happy and more deceiving

Чувство ненависти сочится из каждой ноты, словно я слушаю liе, lie, lie, но только без образа крушения костей. Легендарный басс был преобразован в высокочастотный шум. Стоп, я прочухал басс, он очень сильный, даже с густой укрывистостью главной мелодией. Как всегда деталей полностью не уловить, музыкальное богатство переполнено до отвала.
