is hilarious. That energetic and peppy whistle always gets me. It's like, after all the suffering and pain that has happened, they blindly decided to rebuild the tower and repeat it _all over again_ . It's silly and so painfully funny.

p and take a screenshot of the full tower around . I have not tried it but maybe it would work

i'd like tot think that the frame is to indicate that this is recorded history, that we've seen time and time again yet still fall into.
i was playing the kikuohana playlists and this started playing and i had to pause what i was doing and replay it because of IT IS SO GOOD

@pwillowy 人 usually this kanji is used for the word "person". It is the subject of the sentence and is found at the beginning; all the other kanji that come after become a mouth and eat it :)
I think that the necklace she is talking about is a rope, you could see in this part () that she says: Fasten it tightly, til you could throw up" I think she tried to kill herself because (as you can see from the other comments) she might have "golden child syndrome" and her parents didn't love her so that's why she wanted to end her life, making herself to (almost) throw up. She also said (
) "so there aren't, there aren't any people here" i think that she meant to say that she doesn't want to see people anymore, because people are cruel and bad. When she said "Nice results huh?" (
. ) The part from ( -
) i think she reffered to her parents, that didn't love her and that caused her depression or any other mental ilnesses. Then it comes the popular part where she says "aishite" meaning "love me". I think she is reffering that her wish is for her parents to love her. "Undo the curse, okay?" (
A girl has been neglected by her parents for most of her life, and she doesn't really expect them to pay her any attention. The necklace represents the lack of approval from her parents, something that is constantly with her and almost tying her down; the necklace gets tighter when, despite obtaining greater achievements, her parents still don't pay any attention to her (either leaving less and less room for disappointment because she thinks that they will finally recognise her, or because the more her parents neglect her after achieving progressively greater things, the more of a toll it takes on her). She doesn't want to admit to wanting her parents' approval, though her inner child continuously wants to be loved by them (the 'curse') - mainly gathered from where images of what look like her parents appear (in her mind, presumably), and she tries to get rid of them (note: the only time that blood really appears is when she claps (?) her parents away). Not to mention that in the chorus, she is saying "Love me" and "Undo the curse"

) where she squishes the little people in her hand and stuff could also illustrate that she's internalized the emotional / physical abuse to the point where it's no longer her parents that she must satisfy but herself // she believes that by building her love from her environment she will be acknowledged and it will be part of the identity she thinks she wants for herself but instead for her parents.
Mais CARA musica maravilhosa combina comigo minhas part fav:

E nao menos importante
) meaning that the curse made her parents to not love her from her perspective, she maybe tought that her parents had some weird curse that made them despise their daughter. She seems so obsessed to be the best, she wants to be a good child..
wait where’d the subt- WAIT WHAT ITS AT THE CORNE- whoever made the subtitles deserves a raise.

) is that this child was an 'excellent child' yes, we all know what that is and she gets praised for it. But also, her parents puts pressure on her to achieve more and more great achievements, maybe even by getting angry at her if she shows signs of 'failing'. Thus, growing up she became a people pleaser, getting good grades, behaving, and maintaining good looks. *"It Hurts, Hey!", "Undo the curse, okay?"* and the last line *"It can not be stopped, ahh!"* is her experiencing all the pressure and wanting to break free from it but as she grew much older she realizes being the 'excellent, perfect kid' is not just something you can abandon than easily.
Now, the second part, ( -
this part's so underrated...
Here's another random guess but there's a spider at to
that could mean she thinks craving her parents love is a poison/venom thats gonna be so painful Eventually that it kills her and the only cure is finding someone to pay attention to her and thats why she confesses to someone she doesn't love. (as I said its a random theory of mine)
To try and get rid of the 'curse' of her craving her parents' love, she seeks the attention of others, though it isn't enough for her since it isn't what she actually wants (). She tries to outdo everyone in her class and get their attention as well, though she still doesn't think that she is enough. She confesses her 'love' to somebody, though she only does this because (this is mostly just guessing) she thinks that romantic love will satisfy her, only to find that it was also not enough. The person who she confessed to either knows that she lied about her confession or just stops loving her, and she tries to stop them from leaving (
. ) The spider motif in ( ) could represent that she's created a web of lies that she's trapped herself in to force herself to try to exceed standards in order to make herself feel self-worth & also her deception (
、
) to make those around her think that she's doing this to benefit others but she really just wants the approval for herself in order to get her physical / emotional necklace trauma to shatter and so she can be free.
Yes, this song is about golden child syndrome but it's not the only meaning behind it. By the lyrics you can tell that the girl was probably spoiled by its parents so it started believing that she's the best, the most important, and everyone thinks of her like her parents: perfect. At it says "Behind the gymnasium, my confession to you. Doesn't it seem like a lie?" means that she probably started liking a kid from her class or school and she confessed her feelings. The "doesnt it seem like a lie?" part was probably her thinking that the kid thought that he's super lucky for the girl to confess to her due to her thinking that everyone adores and loves her just like her parents.
). This is also a real stab in the dark *but*
could mean that whoever she confessed to has to bear the burden of giving her constant attention as a result of her parents not giving her any of their own. From this point, she is convincing herself that this person's attention is enough for her, but she knows it isn't enough. The necklace (the lack of approval from her parents) only ends up getting worse, to the point where it turns into snakes constricting around her neck (like what they would do to kill their prey), but she is still trying to tell herself that she is happy.

I don't think the snakes are symbols of her parents, since that's the necklace. More like (this feels like a common cliché in songs of this genre) suicide(?) a noose maybe. She says sorry for the last chorus, maybe she was done feeling like a disappointment and just accepted her fate. Perhaps she did commit suicide which could explain -
a flash of herself as a child (couldn't get a good look, but pretty sure the necklace wasn't present, showing a happier time in her life and that the necklace is indeed a metaphor.) like how your life supposedly flashes before your eyes when you die, another belief being the first and last memory or thought you have is the happiest memory and/or feeling you desired the most. She also says "Shiawase nano" "This is happiness" before screaming, shiawase being long term happiness, eternal peace (differing from ureshii which is more joy of the moment like OP described). In the end she lays there looking up, free from the necklace and the snakes and closes her eyes, for the last time(?).
) , is when she is now older, probably high school. *"It hurts now, it's not enough now. People aren't enough"* is that because once you grow older those praises people once give you start to lose meaning. You start to doubt them, think of them as lies or flattery in exchange of something or simply just empty words. But if that's so, if she don't care about the praises anymore, why does she still stay in her 'perfect' image? *"I won't lose to anyone in my class, aren't I a lovely good kid?"* By around this age, failure doesn't mean people hating you or your parents scolding you anymore (maybe still a bit of the parent scolding but...). It's about you hating yourself. When you were smaller they built you the ego as 'I am the best and perfect' that now when you fail, you hate yourself. *"More than that kid. More than any kid. Everyone come and look at me!"* Again, is the ego of being 'I am the best' . When you go to high school, you meet new people and new competition plus, not so many people knew of your past achievements so you go through that cycle of proving yourself again but this time your only motivation is shame and/or pride.
reminds me of minecraft for some reason
