She wishes to escape her sad reality but every time her hunger comes back shes reminded that she doesnt have choice but to stay with her neglectant mother since she's still a child: "Like everyone else, equally, dinner bell, call me" , meaning like everyone else she will feel hunger again which binds her to her family/provider. The part "equally" is also kind of sad here, since she gets hungry "equally" as every body else but doesnt recieve love "equally", life just dealt her unfair cards.
I feel like this song is about a child, I'll call her Bell for this analysis, which is being neglected by it's parents/mother. Bell isn't able to leave since she's dependent on them because of basic needs like food and she's reminded of this fact every time the "dinner bell" rings, meaning she is hungry (this also explains the pain she feels when hearing the bell at ).
She made it out, however she still has this fear and this craving to go back to all that she knew. Which is shown at when the dinner bell rings and she's shot with fear. And later when she's shown eating the snow dipped in warm, yellow light. She makes a faux table setting and remembers the "good" times she's had when she would eat her mothers home cooking. It's almost like she can't let it go and still falls for the lies her mom lays out for her. The promises that it would be different. Even though hunger is one of the main reasons Bell stays, it still seems like she's still forced to stay hungry most of the time because of neglect: "I drink up the soup made by the toy chef, lets survive til morning with its warmth, lets hug our tummies and sleep thight" . It seems like she plays pretend that her toy chef cooks her food to be able to cope with the hunger.I still feel like Bell is only slowly realising that her live isn't the "normal" live of a child and that even though you are always taught to love your family this might not be the real feelings she has for them "Because I couldn't choose, so I just called it love reluctantly?"). Stille, she also feels like/knows she doens't have any other chance but to stay with them since "Nobody notices, nothing changes, I already know, I know it all".
(I feel like "things I didnt want to eat" can mean eat in the literal sense but also things she doesnt just want to just "swallow"/put up with.)
Because Bell knows that she cant just leave and possibly starve just to escape her family she puts up with everything even if she doesnt like it: "I'll be a good child no matter when" , "The things I didnt want to eat were uncountable, if I let I be then I'll die slowly, I'll become small and miserable"

私の熱を止めて 優しく止めてディナーベル
これは流石に深読みかもしれないけどの「私の熱を止めて」ってところ、人間の体は死にかけるくらい体温が下がり過ぎると死なない為に体温を上げようとするんだけど、その際寒い外気と体温の温度差で脳はめちゃめちゃ暑いと錯覚するんだけど、この歌詞はそれを言ってるのかなって。
この曲はるまきごはんの中で一番ガチで一番好きで色々言いたいことあるんだけど、 のグラスにこってしててかわいい
