One blink motion later and we meet up familiar face: Steel. We come full circle to the end of Op (which was revealed to stand for Operation) as Steel wakes up after the heart surgery, crying with joy to see that he can live another day. At it cuts to a flashback where both Pen and Pin are riding bikes but Pin is injured in a crash and (though the pool of blood may be black) seems to have gone blind (indicated by her movements in the beginning). We once again see Pen as he laughs and then cut to Steel as he has finished shopping and heads home by train.

I think the blue haired guy is the one from Operation (meaning he lived through the heart transplant), and the white haired guy is the one from Neurosis (so he’s still alive and depressed with a faulty heart, which irks Blue at ). I’m curious if the guy in the pink coat is also from Neurosis (the other bf) because of the duck face 🤔 But putting all of that together it still doesn’t make much sense to me-

Oh thanks I saw the character sheets and knowing that’s their lettering system is both vertical and horizontal confused me. Plus on Sakiyama’s Instagram they had a picture of Nuro at with the caption “Dolan” (or at least that’s what Instagram translated it as 😅) so thanks for clearing this for me
Having gone home from his failed attempt to die once again, he drinks his problems away as tear (flowers) role down his eyes. Realizing that nothing will be done no matter how much he drinks he stumbles around at and get dressed and head out at

は変拍子に見せかけて実は4/4拍子(BPM148)のままなのか。
. We then cut to Pen as he takes photographs of the sky and later shows an album full of pictures of the sky, while it also cuts to Pin as she accidentally puts red paint on her hands and smears over the blue paint. It shows another flashback of Pen and Pin in the hospital, as Pin yearns to see the sky revealing why Pen takes photos of the sky often and why Pin smears blue paint on the wall. At
we once again see Steel most likely wondering what to do now that he can live his life without worry.
With each of these three men we see Pen taking another picture, Nuro coming from the store, and Steel staring at the good luck charm he received long ago with each viewing the early dawn. At we then see Pin who senses a light source and pulls down the paper. It’s kinda hard to tell what happened but there are two possible outcomes: either after all these years Pin’s eyesight is getting better resulting in her seeing even a little bit of sky or no matter what Pin does she will never see the sky again and cries because of this conclusion.

オペの「じゃあ貸してって〜」の時の演出と酷似している(比較したところ、オペの方が手のシワが多く、こちらは少ない)
