First of all, we need to look at how someone gets judged. The judging process occurs when someone throws a rock. If the person throws the rock and it sticks to their hand, as shown at , they are a sinner. As @Liben pointed out, the lyrics "Let he who is without sin be the first to cast stone" imply that when someone throws the stone, it will lead the saved to the sinners (or it will show who is a sinner). If one is without sin, the stone will not stick, and vice versa.

The next section, or the melody of the song, talks about letting go and giving up to the judgment. @Liben points out that The Judge 'judges' souls, "exhausting them until the sweet line 'Heaven Dope' tempts them to not fight back", or in other words, let the judgment take hold, even if it's wrong. Heaven Dope means that someone should be satisfied with their place in life, and trying to break out of that mold or fight against wrongness is for naught. It means that people should accept "how it is". The moral of this video, as shown later on, is that one should fight for what's right. Note we see the lemon slice dancing in the background because that represents someone who has already given into the "Heaven Dope", or is judged to be a sinner and won't fight the judgment. At , we see The Lover, with green hair and angel wings, in a cage held by The Judge. The Judge believes that her judgment will reign true and supreme and that The Lover will succumb to the "Heaven Dope" like everyone else.

More than a goddess who judges sinners, I think she may actually be a demon (as shown in Tricologe at the end) who has feelings of belonging for the protagonist, as well as dominance and possession. She wants to have him for herself, and not let him escape, but since she likes to see him suffer (apparently), she shows him the memories of his past life and thus he is about to transform into a demon who apparently was judged by her and allowed him to the entrance to heaven. And he, full of rage, wants to hit her but remembers one of his pasts and leaves without attacking her, but she picks up a stone and realizes that she did the same as the "sinners" (karma) and in the end she kills him. ジュプタが天国を統括するようになってから天国は様変わりし治安も良くなっていった。だが一人ジュプタの思い通りにはならなかった「オウル」という男が居た。オウルはジュプタのやり方に耐えられず堕天することで天使を辞めて、現世で売れない音楽家をしていた。オウルが夜の街を歩いていると橋から飛び降りようとしている女性が居た(トリコロージュの)、急いで駆けつけ飛び降りたかと思った瞬間手を伸ばし、間一髪手を掴むことが出来た。その女性の名はユウリというらしい。実はこの女性、地獄の怪物と人間のハーフとして産まれた子であり、幼い頃から感情が昂ると怪物化するため周りから虐げられていた。その経験やコンプレックスによる孤独で人生に絶望していたところをオウルに助けられたのである。それからというもの、生まれは正反対の2人だが互いの弱さを理解し見せ合える、ユウリにとって、オウルにとってのかけがえのない存在になっていた。まあ、そんなのジュプタには関係無いことなのだが...

オウルの天使形態が多分緑髪で、の『まるであなた悪魔みたいだね』で一瞬緑髪の横顔が映ることから、この言葉はジュプタがオウルに以前言われたことがあったのでは？ジュプタは人間の傲慢で自分勝手なところが悪魔みたいだって意味で口からポロッとこの言葉が出てきたみたいだけど、情けを一切与えず罪人をぶちのめすジュプタと本当にどっちが悪魔なんだって感じ。まさに地獄のような天国
それにでジュプタが振り返ったのもオウルがそう言った声が聞こえた気がしたからだったら良きジュプタにとってオウルって悪魔みたいだって言われたことも堕天に関しても色んな意味でイレギュラーな存在で、興味しかないんだなってことがめっちゃ分かる

You can see at , Lover seeing Lady reincarnated with the Demon, and it flashbacks to her past self at
in particular though I believe is supposed to be Jupta showing Oulu that Pluto has given Yuri that ring. If you’ll remember, the jewelry Pluto gave Yuri in Tricologe sealed her memories of Oulu away, and she only recovered those memories upon breaking them.
