- I believe the water droplet is important as her attempt on her life was to fall into a body of water from a bridge. I don't know if water is deadly to this race of demons or something. On (), a droplet is also seen as Snake convinces Lady to go to the masquerade. Idk the significance yet...!- No idea about the car and video games, was under the assumption this was in the distant past but those threw me off. Might be symbolic...!- Is Snake a demon too? It doesn't seem like it since he doesn't have the horns, but I'm not sure if the gems are his power and if the part where he strangles lover with his snake hand is meant to be taken literally.

feels so raw that it makes me cry. It feels like it’s the part of the song that showed no hope and yet the rhythm is so upbeat.
Lady (Yuri) - The woman with heterochromia and the main character of this song. She seems to be important and held to a high standard, given the many references to royalty of different cultures (). She seems to also be the head figure of her people, but I'll explain that more later.Snake (Plut)- The antagonist to this story, who seemed to have plotted an arranged marriage Lady couldn't refuse.Lover- I don't really know what else to call him, but he's the man with the low ponytail who seemed to have died at the hands of Snake. He saved Lady from an attempt on her life, and we can assume the two developed a relationship after that Snake didn't agree with since it didn't fit his plans.
) and beyond, we see Lady being led to a game over by Snake who becomes an enemy, foreshadowing maybe his bad intentions with Lady? After all, she is a demon. Maybe he wishes to use Lady's powers for himself. Then, we see all the gems she puts on everyday to forget Lover alongside the ring.
Lady hated herself, most likely from the beginning. ()

However, Lover saves Lady, not knowing who she was. () The two develop a relationship but Snake finds out about this and kills Lover. I believe Lady didn't just allow this to happen, and even tried to call of the arrange marriage but it seems that the gems on Lady are a way to placate her and make her forget Lover, maybe some kind of weakness on demon kind. (
Any time one of the gems are broken, she begins to remember Lover a little more until she finally breaks them all. I'm not too sure if Snake purposely put it on her or she put it on herself in despair to forget the pain after Snake manipulated her into believing it was her fault for getting Lover killed. She mourns over Lover's death and decides to leave, believing it to be unsafe here now with Snake being in control. However, she is stopped by her own subjects and Snake knocks her unconscious and chains her up, deciding to use the same mask to control her now that her will to fight back has returned. () It looks like Snake puts the ring back on her hand, kind of saying she'll be trapped in this marriage forever.
I like to believe this has something to do with the plot twist in the end that she is a race of demons (), believing herself to be held at a high standard for her tribe of demons like her and feeling as if she is too dangerous and doesn't deserve to be loved by anyone. It could also be because she was arranged to marry Snake and felt like she had no control of her life.
As a droplet of water falls on the ring, Lady wakes up and fights through the ring's power, finally showing her demon side. The other demons 'wake up' after Lady's scream breaks the masks her subjects were wearing. (). However, her memories of Lover resurface and she feels his warmth, even though he has passed on. His kindness to her regardless of her race and stature wakes her up enough to break free from the chains and run into the break of dawn, finally free from Snake's grasps as he's dragged back, most likely by the demons he tricked.
we see MW and Anne stare into one anothers eyes because Anne was telling MW that she trusted them to gouge out her eyes for the formula since there needed to be DNA form a creature, and likely living creature (in this case a human) to complete it.
The full backstory is that MW was an escaped experiment that had been injured and found by Anne, as seen during the news report of Santa Teresa at . Although reluctent MW and Anne learn to live together and while Anne falls in love with MW, MW falls in love with singing and dancing
, as its very self congratulatory and quickly devolved into self depreciation, and seeing visions of Anne hits MW's breaking point. The reason? MW is going through deep levels of imposter syndrome combined w/ the guilt of leaving Anne, and it doesnt help that the elixir Anne cooked up to intentionally gives her striking similarities to Anne--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
In the Nico Nico Douga version of the mirror scene at , MW reverts back to their monster form showing also that MW cant fully escape from what they are adding that they feel self hatred, combined with the Youtube version the mirror scene is indicative that MW's uses the Teresa persona to justify that Anne wanted this and was ok with being abandoned which obvious doesnt work as ill explain below

We see hazy, pastel visions of Anne and the one shot we do see of present Anna at has her head turned. Many would assume is that Anne had died, but in reality present Anne is now blind
