Idk if you guys care but I think this song is about a abusive relationship as it keeps mentioning “fake love” for example at it says “pain is love?” With the mc next to a girl which (I think) is his gf? Also at

So I think that line is basically saying both of them (the boy and Maia) will live together in the deepest part of hell where there is no chance of redemption. But I think it is a way to torment Maia because of the line "I offer it to Maia as punishment" at . So in the end, the boy wants total control over her, and she can't leave.

The line "A life where not even a spider's thread hangs" at is a reference to a Japanese folklore. (I am not Japanese tho so if i get wrong sorry)The folklore is about a criminal that was sent to hell after his death, but before he died he helped a little spider that was on a leaf get to safety. And because of that, the spider sent down a thread to him to help get out as a last chance at redemption. But as the guy starts to climb up the thread other sinners also do so, and as the selfish person this guy is he starts to kick them down. Because of his act of selfishness the thread breaks and he goes back down to hell.
it again mentions the concept of fake love, or as it says “stupid stupid irredeemable fake love” which further explains my theory that him and this girl don’t really love each other, and are in a abusive relationship. I have absolutely no idea who is the culprit of this relationship but what do you guys think? :)
