EDIT: After listening to “let’s give up” (the song right before this one) I realised that these two songs are connected. That song is from the perspective of the murderer, what ties it to this one is that at around lyrics say “on the count of four you’re in a dream”. And this song is waking up. It’s fascinating how most of the song has a vibe that the girl is a delusional murderer. Right until the last second when the opposite is revealed, listening to the song again gives a completely different perspective.
