am I the only one who thinks the part from to
could be referencing an abortion? amniotic fluid is what surrounds a foetus during development and there's the line "big brother gulps down my amniotic fluid" and "he breaks open my hard stomach and touches the inside" could mean that this "onii-san" has done something and gotten inside the womb and probably induced premature labor forcing Miku to have a miscarriage
