@GabbyYor on it shows the process of what happens. The "party with the night" is just a dream. The "daytime" shows uh... people? in suits, balloons for head, etc. I have read this as burnout. When it happens to me, I'm often lightheaded, disassociating, problems with insomnia. When the character is finally able to sleep, they are happy. Maybe they did die from overworking themselves.

Yeah it really is so good heres my interpretation of that scene so i think the person in the video is depressed and/or feeling suicidal so they use daydreaming or dreaming to get away from the real depressing world and at the creature that appears i think that represents their urge to end their life when they jump out the window together i think thats when they die and are free from whatever there struggling with
gosh i love thsi scene, bcs it feels like both happy and sad depending on how you interpret it.clearly, there is someone suffering, unhappy, but then the 'creature of the night' comes into the room to take them away, and you can see how the person looks so much more happy and free (literally even says it in the subtitles) once they're flying away, one with the night. its kinda like peter pan in that way
