Seeing the holding hands at and just hearing "I love you" on repeat felt...wrong. Not for being inappropriate, but for drawing out the pain and jealousy of being barred from a love that you can't have. And it's all well and good if that's all the image instills, but if you think about it as watching a real person's memories playing out with all the nostalgia and resentment towards their ruined love, then that just feels extra tragic.
