Ok so I just got back to the song and realized that my second theory is probably the most accurate because at you can hear “they will never forgive you no matter what you say.” The girl in the video must have definitely done something unforgivable and is going insane because of it.

This could be her practicing a real ritual to get back at the people who hurt her and no one can stop her. The only holes in this theory are that it doesn’t explain what the white cat is, why the video is a recording, and what the shrine means. If anyone has any idea of how to add those please tell me I am so invested in figuring out the meaning of this video.
