from what i can see and what i understand, it's sort of about someone blaming their brain for falling in love, and taking it out on themselves. at , i think its talking about how they think in order to be in love, they would have to throw away or ignore what their brain is saying. at the same time, they don't expect much out of their love, or that they can't help it but don't like it. with dating sims, most of the time the characters are bound to end up in love eventually, and so they try to tell themselves that their love doesn't work out even if its forced by their brain (like a dating sim).
