At , I started feeling very stressed out from no where, my heart was beating so fast and I was sweating. It felt like someone was coming to harm me. It was a rollercoaster of emotions. I was scared, worried, was actually jamming to the beat, and was tearing up. Is this what you feel when you have a mental breakdown?
