Just a theory, but I believe the guy in this music video is a loner and manifests this female personality in his head to fill this loneliness. He welcomed and nurtured her, allowing for the female personality to grow and eventually take over him. This is why she looks very much like the mc and explains why in the last chorus around the mc starts saying contradictory things. He’s fighting this second psyche. This is why he’s distraught and saying stuff like get out of my head, but still grinning and saying stuff like “come on.” Pretty sure he eventually loses this fight. This also connects to him being destroyed by his own creation.

In the Nico Nico Douga version of the mirror scene at , MW reverts back to their monster form showing also that MW cant fully escape from what they are adding that they feel self hatred, combined with the Youtube version the mirror scene is indicative that MW's uses the Teresa persona to justify that Anne wanted this and was ok with being abandoned which obvious doesnt work as ill explain below
