Hitler ran on the premise of 'making Germany Great Again' because Germany was in a rough spot. The cursed paper-doll could be the treaty Germany had to sign after WW1, but when Hitler came into supreme power he started disobeying the treaty and disregarded it entirely. Like, Germany's name is no longer bound to the 'cursed-paper doll', the treaty causing Germany misfortune.

It was seen as this 'solution' to their problem, and that section of the song just gives off these vibes like they are getting rid of a 'burden', like they are celebrating getting rid of these 'others'.
