Aunque todo parece indicar que habla de un suicidio doble, me gusta la interpretación de que realmente son votos de boda: una promesa de que pasaran la vida y la eternidad(muerte) juntos. creo que no hay mejor representación de un matrimonio que eso. esto solo lo fomenta, una bella forma de decir que si tenemos carencias nos completaremos, y seremos uno.

Por mais que todos aqui pensem que essa musica é sobre esses dois cometendo o oposto de viver juntos eu acredito que ela na verdade é sobre um casal feliz tendo uma vida feliz bem longe de suas famílias e vidas antigas, a musica me parece votos de casamento e na parte eles se tornam uma criança no videoclipe enquanto falam sobre ascender velas de aniversário pra mim isso dá a entender que eles tiveram um filho e que a VIDA deles que é um paraíso e não a morte , eles estão longe de todos que possam tentar interferir em seu casamento e estão muito contentes com isso .Essa foi minha interpretação mas é claro que a do suicídi@ tambem é valida

@ is the most meaningful moment for me. It makes me think about me, and my partner together forever after a lifetime of abuse, neglect, and disparagement for being who we are, we are finally at peace and happy. This song makes me feel that death is not the end, and it makes me think of other possibilities like ascension or reincarnation and other ways to stay together past death.
