In my interpretation, the “rain” and dew are tears obviously, the tears came from the person’s friends, family and significant others mourning to that person.
for some reason, this part reminds me of the dancing people in Dance of the Corpses, which I think is ironic, considering they both deal with themes of the afterlife, although Dance of the Corpses was defiantly less happy and more deceiving

gremlin is ominously in the background of the seemingly happy souls that are there with depictions of how they died as soldiers in war. at the end of the video the seemingly happy 'host' (or gremlin as we know them) looks like they are attacking someone or something (or even us as spectators.) so maybe gremlin is feeding on these tired souls that 'disappear' after they go into slumber. just a theory-
