Like, Germany's name is no longer bound to the 'cursed-paper doll', the treaty causing Germany misfortune.

It was seen as this 'solution' to their problem, and that section of the song just gives off these vibes like they are getting rid of a 'burden', like they are celebrating getting rid of these 'others'.
